Set of Two

These two narrow embossing tools,modeled after two tools in my antique collection, are extremely small. One is a fuller oval, one is a narrower oval. Both of these are indispensable for creating depth, definition, and shape in the smallest of spaces. Once abundant silversmithys employed teams of chasers who chased some of the most insanely detailed presentation silver ever made, using tools exactly like these. It is my passion to bring them back into the mainstream, teach their use, and keep them relevant in modern chasing work. They are handmade at the bench, trademarked, heat treated, polished, and packaged right here at Nechamkin Silver Studios.   Examine the differences under magnification and try them out!
